做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
