做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
