做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
