做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
