做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
