做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
