做(zuò )法(fǎ ):洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
