做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
