做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
