做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
