做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
