做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
