做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
