做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
