做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
