做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
