做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
