做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
