做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
