做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
