做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
