做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
