做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
