做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝(cháng )。 -
