做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
