做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
