做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
