做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
