做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
