做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
