做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
