做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
