做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
