做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
