做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的(de )鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一(yī )个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
