做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
