做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
