做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
