做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
