做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
