做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即(jí )可品(pǐn )尝。 -
