做法(fǎ ):洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
