做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
