做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
