做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
