做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
