做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
