做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
