做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
