做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
